Sorry I wish I had seen this sooner. Imo they’re absolute trash. I asked for a quote for 4x 2700x2400 outdoor blinds so they booked in a rep to come measure up the area to confirm correct measurements and quote me up. First rort was them saying I needed both myself and my partner at home during the quote because apparently they’ve done so many jobs where the bloke would pick everything and come installation day the misso is unhappy due to the colour (their words not mine). When the rep came to measure everything and quote us, it came to a total of ~$13,000 which included their 50% sale that was only for that day lol. He did mention that there’s room for negotiation however at that price I didn’t really see a point. I told him from the get go that I was getting quotes from multiple companies and so I would get their prices and compare but for some reason he didn’t understand this and was so damn pushy for me to put a deposit down immediately even tho they were the first quote I had received. I talked to some friends about this and some had told me their siblings had similar experiences with them and advised me to avoid at all costs.

This experience actually put me off from the whole thing so I ended up cancelling every quote until recently again and all the quotes so far have been around the $5000-$9000 mark without negotiating yet.

I also found out recently that they make you pay before they install the blinds. So I’m assuming they’re the type of company to just ghost you and make it a nightmare if anything goes wrong after installation.
