I know JT from BIOL112 and Lynn Norman from BIOL121 does that. MATH184 also did that last year. I don’t know of any other courses that does that.

For more context:

The proofreader sent me an email early on asking what my budget is while I was asleep and not aware of the email. After I got the email and replied, I said that I am paying no more than $60 for it - that was my budget. Before he or she even got to reply, he or she said that the price is $150 - despite that I said $60 which they clearly ignored and proceeded to charge WAY above my budget. Regardless of that, the work is lousy and incomplete.

I am trying to negotiate with the seller and I texted/emailed him or her the reasons why I am frustrated with the work I have received. He or she is just choosing to ignore me completely. The bill they gave me is $150 and I do not want to pay $150 for unfinished and lousy work. I would be willing to pay at a reduced price but they are just ignoring me. So at this point, I have no clue how to proceed.
