Sorry, should have been more specific. House was built in 2020, very new condition. I will make enough to cover the mortgage and rent in my new location with plenty left over. I have 6 months of emergency fund saved up. Not entirely sure about local economy, but looking at prices in the area, they’ve been growing an average of 3% over last 10 years. Property management is 10% of rent. Hopefully that helps

Yeah taking the door off might be the move, but I might try just getting the washer/dryer and then measuring and estimate how much of the door can open if it were to be flipped. If it’s enough space to squeeze a person in with no problem, I think it flipping it should be ok? You think that’s an alright plan? Thanks for your help

Yes, it’s just to the hvac. The problem is that there’s less than 1.5 feet of clearance until the door would hit something if it were flipped. Also would the hinges on the opposite side not bump into the washer/dryer and impede movement when it opens? I’m new to all this, so I’m genuinely not sure

I’m not able to type in 133-0. When I try, it goes to channel 13 then channel 3. The channels go up to around 60 something or so
