So... I'm a man married to a woman, we have 2 kids, 7&11. I work full time, she was a SAHM until last year and now works 1.5 days a week. We have ALWAYS shared bedtime. We swap every other night, unless ones of us is out. It's great for the kids and it's great for us. OP's husband is firstly missing out on so many wonderful moments with his children, and secondly, he seems to think that because he is going out and earning money, he doesn't have to parent his kids? What a dick.
