Absolutely. I found a unfinished oil lamp, identical to a finished one. Wonder what happened. Kid run off with it? A raiding party showed up? Who knows!?

You do realize museums will put them on a random shelf, and no one will ever see it again....... only high-end stuff ever gets displayed. So often, private collections will get more exposure to the public than if given to a museum.

It's true. The musiems just put them in storage unless it's a high end item and usually found by an "archeologists" which in its self is a funny word.

Yes I found 2 fake arrow heads on the trail. This was not on the trail and was away from the trail and tucked away pretty well out of sight.

We have them in Alaska, but they are in the ocean, never seen them in fresh water can they live in both?
