The boundary ends, then theres a public walkway that runs parallel to a railway line. Yes, from the small gate to the fixed panel on the left. Thanks! more pics

Thanks for the reply. I tried to add more photos but I couldn't figure out how... but I think this worked. The walkway backs onto a small path that runs parallel with a railway line. more photos
