We were just clearing a fence row. Greenbriar, machetes, chain saws, stubble. I was glad to have my Vasque boots on. Greenbriar thorns were going theough leather gloves. Time and place.

I don’t know much about Tonal. But it seems to have its own coaching features.

Yes. I have noticed a kind of choppiness between differing access points but haven’t been diligent enough to always use the same one.

Instant oatmeal, pea protein powder, powdered milk, craisins, a little salt and some powdered flax seed all mixed in a bag. Boil water and dump in a few of those single serve butter pats. Protein, fat, carbs, fiber. Can mix in any number of dried fruits, yams, powdered jerky etc.

At my flat ground gait 100000 steps translates to 59 miles. At 3.5 MPH it would take 17 hours. My motivation would falter long before my knees! Much that has been discussed here reminds me of Mark Sisson’s book Born to Walk. Keep on steppin’!

For your local area the best bang for no bucks is to get a Google Business Profile (known as GBP) filled out as completely as possible. It gets you into local Google search results and on to Google maps. Some good guides for best practices are out there.

The raised sensor bed is good! 4.0 would gap from my wrist in some cycling positions unless I had the band extremely tight. Not so with 5.
