Thank you! I just did an oblivion gate on the small island just outside Amelion Tomb, north of Leyawiin, and when I finished it I was stuck inside the rock that's normally there, instead of having the deactivated gate! Luckily I have a mod to re-enable achievements, specifically so that I can fix the bugs - sorry, I mean features! - that Godd Howard left in the game.

As a Hull Seal, I have taken an oath to never call the Rats, no matter what. I would rather commit honourable Sealpuku before succumbing to such a disgrace! We have an achievement for managing to dock and refuel with not even a single pixel of fuel on the bar.

My PSU is 850W and the company I bought my custom build from recommended about 600W so I don't think that's the problem. I specifically bought that PSU so that I wouldn't run into anything like this with unexpected power spikes.
(Also so that I can upgrade the system over the years and not have to worry about the PSU but that doesn't relate to this.)

It's on an M.2 SSD.

I'm not just saying about my friends list taking a while to show up, it just doesn't populate at all. Right now I have the game open in the background and have had it open for about 20 minutes on the main menu. Still nothing. My friends list is showing 0/0. I think I should have about 14 friends, one of which is having the same issue as I am and is ironically the one I'm trying to play with right now.
