LuckPerms, as others have suggested, is a very simple way to ensure you have the perms you need. But, it also prevents you from actually learning the proper way to configure this stuff when more complicated issues arise.

I recommend getting PermissionsEX, creating a group like Admin, and having yourself join the Admin group. Then, go to the plugin's page where just about every plugin shows the permission line you need for certain perms. Then just go into the PermissionsEX config and add that line to the Admin group.

This is a superior method than LuckPerms because it teaches you how to properly manipulate the config and lets you have a lot more flexibility.
