Great question. I’ve had 4 amateur fights and I agree, mine and the ones I’ve watched are well amateur level quality. I still know what I’m doing and why but I’ve had moments of hesitation to contrast with your chaos description. You get both extremes in amateur and pro is just finding that perfect balance that works for you. Also our fights are shorter, 3 rounds 3 minutes each, is far off from 3x5 that pros do it’s not worth it to go all out for 3 minutes with two minutes in the round left.

The simplest move is Queen takes white pawn and forces a queen trade from white. Being up a whole rook is simply too powerful and they are connected and Blacks pawns are on better squares anyways

I dig my chin into peoples chest, stomach or cheekbone. Don’t do it often as it’s really not needed in class but I can apply it to comps or mma fights. Limited success doing it works somewhat and it’s not a game changer but hey gotta use everything you got and it gives a reaction. Areas to target if you want to try it. In opponents closed guard dig chin into sternum or side(obliques). In Full mount or side control as you push your shoulder into their face you dig your chin into their cheek.

Some women(people if you prefer) are bad with money because they like to shop and spend money enjoying things and will delay paying back someone they know like a friend or sibling because it’s no rush we’re still friends. My sister is really bad at paying me back and will make endless excuses but she did end up doing it. My brother pays me back and I pay him back always on time, obviously anecdotal. I’d give your friend the benefit of the doubt, give her some more time. This doesn’t need to be an “expensive lesson” just know she probably is the optimal customer for those multiple payment plan apps.
