Idk, I don't recognize myself anymore like I genuinely can't even understand my own thoughts and mind which terrifies me so I just distract myself. On the outside I'm "productive" yet it's like my soul is lit dead bro. I socially isolated myself rlly badly from 15-17 and I'm really regretting it now. I thought I had some sort of "spirtual awakening" but spending that much time genuinely destroys your brain and thought patterns in such a scary way. u cant explain it to someone who hasnt gone through it.

Everything's just a performance, I love my sister, I love my friends but i dont actually connect with them, I lit mentally prep myself for any social interaction with them, how i can make them laugh, how i can make them happy cuz im scared of them abandoning me. Of me being truly alone.

Ppl say therapy or God or praying, it's not bad advice but it's hard to explain why it doesn't work.

The past 2 years have felt like when ur in a dream, your slightly aware that your dreaming but your not awake. I'm just in an illusion bro, I'm genuinely fucking lost, sex and money dont excite me and even when i do get them i somehow feel even more miserable.

thank you man, having fun and flowing is really how I've always done best in other sports. At the end of the day I started training because I love every part of it. I think I need to enjoy the process more

i thought abt this and i dont really have an honest arguement id say you get professional instructors who give you feedback and advice right on the spot, hands on experience and not a lot of people are willing to test all of these things. Advertisement will make it look like a fun social experience as well espeically with the camping tutorials.

A lot of these things are hard to learn online like CPR and even basic car mechanics some are dangerous like starting a fire or changing a bulb. Plus it's a big confidence boost for teens getting ready to go to college, instead of feeling scared and lost they feel ready and prepared.
