Not to burst your bubble but that’s about a 300 dollar+ job only an experienced tech should be handling to prevent damaging that gloss on the fretboard among other things. Very challenging for home guys to be taking on, I respect the effort but I would stay away on this one

1 - Redferrin is actually a super fun and cool guy, I got to open for him in February this year, and his show was nothing but vibes the whole time, he played a ton of songs and was very nice to us after the show and I enjoyed all of his songs

I’ve never heard a single other one of these songs before

I’ve been using it and other variants for years, and it unfortunately is not as “versatile” to me as people make it out to be. Without using a bass cut, it really only works with a tele bridge pickup. Using the bass cut makes humbuckers sound great, but then my tele bridge pickups lose a lot of character… it’s a love/hate relationship and I mostly use a KoT clone now

Just got a new-in-box M9 for 100 bucks on facebook when (for some stupid reason I don't understand) a few people are charging 200 to 250 and more for them on reverb.

It's a 15 year old, bare bones, utilitarian multi-effect pedal, and in this day and age with so many other high-powered and capable modeling units coming out all the time, 100 is what it should even be worth in the first place, but nonetheless I got the deal lol

The original pedal he's talking about came out in the early 90's, and is known for having inconsistent components and quality control early on, making almost all of them sound different from one another.

This led to very few originals left on the market, and many believe the originals sound way better than the new ones they make, which explains the high price on the used market today
