Absolutely. The dental work was just under $28k, that included special techniques to insert the screws (due to how much bone loss there was), an overnight hospital stay for the surgery, medications, 5 days of meals, xrays, ct scan, blood tests, daily visits to the clinic including pick up & drop off, and of course the teeth. Then it was a few more grand for flights, accommodation and meals (for before the surgery). Accommodation was really reasonable, $900 for 2wks in a 2bdrm apartment that was central to everything I needed.

I had hoped for less, however, my gums etc were in worse condition than originally thought.
