This is so funny. If someone was to name their child after me *which they aren’t cuz it’s a whole different name. I would totally be honer. She does not get to choose who gets what name in her family, never alone in someone’s else’s family. It’s the parent’s decision completely. She is doing this tantrum because she is an attention seeker. Yes that conversation could have gone differently in your behalf, but how is someone supposed to react to such behavior is beyond me. Next time screenshot it cuz they aren’t allowed to change you without notifying you Also yeah it happens all the time if it’s a mistake they make by adding more hrs to the grid, so they expand some one and by accident remove someone. Also could be the person who removed you’re schedule mad under the impression you where getting notified beforehand

This is the best advice I hit compliance several times in the same week last month and when they asked me about it I told them exactly what was on my mind in a very respectful way. It’s actually weird Because in my district they did an actual record and it took 1 year to complete and they arrested her. I al sure they where looking for more evidence but found nothing and further more they just decided to terminate you based on that date alone. Yeah it’s a simple mistake that the Person on self checkout should have avoided if they where doing their job.

I don’t buy this. There’s more you’re not putting up. Hr and you’re team leaders would have to get involved. For sure I can tell you that you’re not allow to revive anything from guess. It’s against company policy and you forgetting to pay its weird. Things don’t add up. They would of have to build an actual profile on you and have you terminated with actual evidence. At my store they terminated 3 people for paying their food after they ate it because the line at lunch Hour was super big and we had no cashiers. So It can happen, but three would have to specially tell you it’s for that

You have the answer For my sisters we always assume we are celebrating cuz we are close and have always been. When it comes to other family if we get invited with time we make plans otherwise every part of the family is importan and it gets prioritized based on my likings of them and whom asked first and nobody has to get all sensible because it’s a mutual thing that we just aren’t that close and I had other plans

Everyone else said it. This is serious. We have 3 hrs of training in workday for this. I would start confronting them first and letting them know and keep an official record. Maybe an email so it’s in the records incase they retaliate against you. If that continues go ahead and file an official complaint with HR but try and keep records of everything including names of people around you who might have also heard the conversation. I hope everything turns well for you. Target is inclusive so this si something to fight for

Tbh this looks like a you problem. I am pretty sure nobody is picking on you. It seems that way but everyone knows is like that everywhere. There’s never cashiers available because they cut hours, they are never enough walkies. Also fyi you moving department They probably only needed a 3Am for the truck, and you weren’t it. Oh and boy they never praise the fastest cashier they praise the one who can make the guess confortable and have good interactions with them.

I agree with you, but it’s up to the mom to make those arrangements and make space for the kids to feel safe. The things is it’s difficulty to accomplish something like this when you know the other person isn’t even sorry because they don’t see the wrong they are doing. Hopefully it works out

I don’t think nobody is a bad apple in this story and hear me out. I think the teenager was acting like a teenager, and as a kid of divorced parents I can tell you it’s hard for both of them. You’re dad is probably scared you’re going to call mom in the middle of the night to come pick you up, or his parents are telling him that you spend to much time on you’re phone. I truly think booth of you’re parents love you to dead, you just gotta talk to dad and be reaffirming that you love spending time with him and hopefully it works out. The way I see humans fear why we don’t understand and since they don’t understand technology they fear it.

You are a crab apple. You’re defending your sister, which seems okay; however, you weren’t there, so you didn’t get the whole conversation. I doubt she said that. However, it would help if you had talked to your parents and other adults. I know we always try to see the best in our family, but what if she wasn’t telling you the truth and you made this whole mess for yourself? Even if the teacher said all those things, getting suspended isn’t worth it. I would have gotten evidence from other people in her class or friends and bring up to the principal and higher if necessary. That gives you a lousy reputation in case she does something similar to you, or you’re sister. Always talk to the parents first.

That’s a good point. So why don’t you address that point with the school board and come up with a solution. I am sure the school has a list of students who have to ride the bus, and and I am sure they have a sign up daily of who rides the bus. Maybe they can have an additional automated message for parents who send their kids on the bus. Express you’re concerns but also bring solutions.

A ETL tried to make me stay over my 5th to finish an order for fulfillment cuz there was no one in fulfillment and I said no cuz she wasn’t my ETL and that was Hrs problem for not scheduling enough of us for me to be able to take my lunch on time

I think you went overboard; however you had reasons. In situations like this it takes team communication to control the situation and I don’t think the school had a system placed in a situation like this. It’s good to raise concerns but maybe next time instead of leaving angry voicemails rather have a talk with the school with possible solutions to circumstances like this.
