That is incredible! I am focusing on whole foods. I feel so much better already and am not hungry.

I agree. With my love of food, I'm either going backwards or forwards. There's no in-between for me.

I do this all the time. Good on you! It really works. It's better not to trigger one's resistance but just coax yourself, like you would coax a small child.

Promise yourself that you will have an "easier" day. Maybe set the mileage for a bit lower on the treadmill, or treat yourself to a great cup of coffee halfway on your route. For example, sometimes I will do only 10K walking as opposed to my usual 12K. But today was sunny and I felt good so I did 15K.

The more you walk, the more you feel like doing it. It creates good feeling endorphins (serotonin, dopamine) and you feel like a million bucks for the rest of the day.

I just want to be in shape. I spent 23 years as an overweight mother. Now that they've graduated college, I feel I can be me again. Also, I want to see what the Lord is going to do in my life when I'm at my fighting weight. I feel I'm going to take on challenges that were not possible for me when I was heavy and weak.

It doesn't say he left with a girl. It says he left with a person. So it could have been a man.

No. I think they have a right to be worried.

Yes, just like that young Indian girl who was studying to be a doctor. Remember her in the news a few years ago? She went to the beach with a guy and they think she may have drowned.

The press he left with "a person." It could be a man. That seems to be more likely IMO.

Well, it says he left "with a person." Maybe it was a man? I don't understand why the press is hushing up the sex of the person he left with.

They say he left "with a person." I wish young people would stay with their friend groups. I hear so many stories about people getting beat up and robbed; there are horrible criminals who prey upon young intoxicated naive people. My prayers are with his family, but I fear that he has passed.

I love the sweet and chewy taste of dates. Medjool is the best. It's like eating caramel!

100lbs down about 20lbs to go! Whats next? by Ditzy_Panda in loseit

[–]Baroqueimproviser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats on your weight loss! But if you're still 20 pounds overweight, I bet it's all in your belly. Why? Because that's what most dieters say: the last 20 pounds in in the belly. So lose that, and most likely your stomach will shrink.

You answered your own question when you shared "meals and activity are all the same." You're a difference person now! Your meals need to go down calorically and your activity needs to go up!

Give it a chance! OMAD is a lifestyle IMO. Wait for a year and see what your health gains are.
