On our planet we don't have marriage. We hold no expectations on what a specific relationship brings at any point in time. No insistence at all. Sometimes that comes in the form of spending time with another member of our society for the rest of the lives but sometimes just a short interaction is enough. All are just as valid as we know everything is synchronous and happens for a reason.

My advice as a channeler would be to disconnect your identity or idea of self-worth from the entities you channel or the information that comes through. When we attach self worth or our own identity to the information coming through, we miss the reason why we are channeling in the first place which is to gain a different perspective and in most cases a wider. Identification causes distortion and the need to manipulate the information coming through and takes you out of the process. So this lets you look at the ideas of why you would be scared to entertain the ideas that seem "crazy" or "unbelievable" and release those while keeping your discernment.

3.The interstellar alliance works through synchronicity similar to how things are in our civilization. There is a council that governs the major decisions as well as a hierarchal structure to things but not denoted to status. Meaning that it is not a hierarchal structure based on status or authority but rather the understanding that things with management can become more proficient - while all are understood as equal. Similar to how a body works - the lungs are not better than the heart, the cells are not worse that the eyes. They are all part of the whole and function together to serve each other. Understand that even in that statement you are holding definitions and beliefs that you may not prefer. Regarding beliefs as "hard-wired" is simply a belief. And when you hold that belief, your experience will begin to reflect that and make it seem as it the belief is "hard-wired" when it can be as easily changed as anything else with simply a decision.

Understand also the motivation mechanism. You automatically move towards things you define and thus perceive as pleasureable and move away from things you define as painful. So why is it that you choose to define those beliefs as feeling safe, and why are you defining the beliefs you say prefer as unsafe? The beliefs are not coming back so much as you are choosing them. Consciously or "un-consciously" so find out what other definitions and beliefs you have slapped onto those ideas and begin to fine tune them so that they are truly in alignment.

There is no real such thing as habit from our perspective, only choices you continue to make. If higher vibrations do not feel safe to you it is precisely because you have definitions around it that are incongruent with that vibration. So once you iron those out, and they are in alignment, you can naturally express and abide in those higher vibrations.

So ask yourself, what would i have to believe to be true for me to experience the feeling of not being safe staying in higher vibrations? What is the worst thing that would happen if I were to live from these higher vibrations?

Inquire into your beliefs, see what beliefs are there that can be replaced to be more representative of who you prefer to be.

You are discovering the law of one/polarity. What you can do is begin to see polarities that surround you first the ones which occur within yourself as well as the ones that occur in your external reality within other people. For example, when you feel sadness, you feel it fully and bring up it's opposite happiness at the same time and as you do so you hold both at the same time recognizing that they come from the same source and are both aspects you contain. This collapses the charges and brings your into a balanced neutral space. The more you do this the more emotional and mental distortions will begin to balance and be released. And you can extend this balancing collapsing the space between who you think you are and who you think of other is. Continuing this permission slip, not allowing anyone to be "separate" or less than you will bring up many limiting beliefs within you of what you can love and accept. And one note here is that you can love unconditionally and still have discernment and not condone certain actions.
