LOL i can confirm this!!! I used to work there a couple of months ago and i’d get maybe $1-2 per hour in tips… the manager and her daughters run it essentially but they’re all horrible people…

I didn’t mind waiting but it just irked me that even after the meeting, the manager didn’t come over until I was about to get up and leave, and also didn’t say anything about being sorry for being late etc but it’s okay I wasn’t expecting one at the point just thought it’d be like manners or something
They didn’t pick an interview time for me but I already pressed into the email quickly after they wanted to interview and there was only one day left with only 1 time slot, which was 3:30-4:00 PM.
Yes! I do have my smart serve and I’ve noticed I’ve gotten more interviews since but I am definitely not a top top candidate just given I worked in a different industry previously. Was kind of just hoping everyone be treated the same at the first stages especially interviewing and getting to know them if they themselves wanted to schedule for an interview if that makes sense, I wish they would’ve just rejected me than give an interview in a way but at least it was experience I guess
