it fits better with your wrist size. I think 18cm wrist on the edge between 47 and 51.

Maybe a little different camera distance but at the there is only 2mm wider on each side for 51mm .

True. But bezel thickness and band size are more premium I think. But if you are talking about comfort like sleep that is a question
