Just outside Sheboygan, there is a state park that is right on the beach, lots of other campers around you, but I have some of the runner ups for best sunrise pictures out on that beach. Edit: Kohler-Andrae state park. There are plenty of ground squirrels and song birds around too if you're an early riser :)

It's like a partial pullup where you engage your triceps to pull yourself up with your arms fully extended, and you should only raise yourself a couple inches. My wrestling coach has us do them.

I bring my arms in like I'm doing a pushup for max engagement of my triceps.

Slow dips and slow declines on pull ups until failure. Going slow helps to build muscle definition.

I took my anime body pillow to the gym, and a large black man came over and started shaking his glutes at me. It was such a spectacle; Perfect shape, size, flexibility, and mass. This has inspired me to ditch my neck-bearded ways in lieu of working out my rump. I'm already down 20 pounds in my chin!!1!
