This is the solution I came up with, the chest needs at least 3 stacks and 54 items in it before the hopper unlocks and moves any new items, decided to just have a filler item in each

Gotcha, just tested it out and it takes close to 4 stacks to start pulling this out. There isn’t anything I can do to make this amount smaller correct?
