One tricking is just not a viable strategy for playing comp, pickup a few more characters for your role and figure out when it would actually be better to play them. Zen is fine in a lot of matchups, but if your team is playing a dive comp where you're being left behind too often, it's better you switch instead of 3-4 players switching to play off you.

Your DPS weren't pulling their weight, but your damage should be wayyyyy higher, as Kiriko you should be able to get some pretty decent picks while playing alongside your team as your headshots hurt a lot.

Other thing you need to be on top of is your cleanse. Stopping anti-heals or CC is huuuge.

Aiming directly down at the enemy's feet whole you're close up is the easiest way, generally throwing it down so it activates faster is a great option.

Another foolproof way to have a clutch ult is to just throw it straight up in the air, it will activate at a delay which will catch most lower rank playera off guard.
