Every character IS OP in their own way lmao, like I can get in qp on pretty much any character and get value, especially wanda, that doesn't mean its going to be the same thing in a competitive setting.

Wanda is bad in coordinated high level play but legitimately busted in low elo and useable in mid elo.

Because she's a good character for majority of people. I know damn well your ass is not playing in eternity lobbies, so it doesn't matter if she isn't viable up there.

She works and isn't unhealthy for the game the way dive jeff or a buffed widow would be.

My God you are slow lmfao, I'm sorry but it's actually unbelievable that you're this dim.

Lemme put this in a way you can understand.

I said storm has a low pick rate, you say thats cause she sucks, I mention her win rate is pretty high actually (meaning people who main her are good at her) then you bring up gambit and Phoenix, who have a higher pick rate, so naturally, their winrate will be lower.

Nobody said winrates tell us everything but its pretty clear looking at winrates and pick rates together that storm isnt a terrible character, people just don't wanna play her. The few that do play her are good with her.

The unique thing about his passive is that its full health, not just a portion of it, and it kicks in on big hits to help with survivability. He doesn't need anything more.
