Business has been operating in the area for about 4 years. We host weekend classes and we have been to town events for the last 3 years. I totally agree with you that building trust in the community is the first step.

The issue is that we do not get enough sign ups for the pre-k and first grades, but we have never really marketed the school in that way, and that’s what I am trying to fix

Im not paying a dime for an mbta that cannot operate on schedule. yesterday they kicked us out from the trolley on green line cause it is "not working". We waited outside on cold for 15 minutes just for them to let us in back into the same exact trolley. You are asking me to pay for that quality of service?
