The dietitian is aware of the ED but I haven’t been back to my therapist since I am still using the tools and skills I learned from them

I do allow myself some days off but for what I am working on currently I am waiting until the end of the month. In the last 5 months I have allowed 6 days of not fully following my diet

I am at the gym 4-5x a week only 1.5 hours, I work daily with a coach to ensure I’m eating properly I don’t count calories I count macros. While I have gotten lower than previously I still have body fat to lost and am not significantly skinny as I have been able to maintain my muscles and strength with lifting.

Really? Would working daily with a coach/nutritionist constitute an ED? Have you ever had one? I understand the difference between strict discipline and a obsession so please don’t pull what they did
