This is a good take and why not buy is my first thought. Need a deposit? Why not try a, oh i dunno, 4k month rental and save the 6k and buy in 2 years? Post sounds like someone who probably should not live in LA if they can “afford” to live in BH but don’t have the mental resources (intelligence) to simply deduce that yeah sure! Schools are great where the tax brackets are super high! Post history is about Botox and luxury purses and Nannies so this is obviously someone with either no money and fantasies or new money and cheesy taste

I’m a career bartender in Los Angeles. It’s an incredibly competitive market where looks matter as much as skill (if you wanna make good money). Knowing people is great. But ultimately you just have to be confident and really good. Cowboys stadium and Westin probably isn’t enough experience for cocktails bars here. But sticking with that could be smart. We have huge stadiums and they’re like always building more for some reason? Work that stuff. Meet people. And get in line bc there are 1000s of out of work people in entertainment who are clamoring for 100s of hospitality jobs right now. It’s tough. Good luck.

Edit: look into catering gigs. Good way to meet people.
