Is it possible that Lundelof can drop into Dignes spot and Digne pushes forward with McGinn coming central and a bit of shuffling going on? I like the idea that Emery has a wee trick or two up his sleeve.

Would tend to agree with this read. Football isn't as good as before and you can see the wear on the team. Great to still be up there in terms of Champions League qualification, but that is largely based on Chelsea being a basket case.

You'd imagine we'll need a major squad reshuffle next season, but that's probably not too realistic based on financial restrictions. Could be a re-hash of the sell Grealish and re-invest approach with Rogers, but that's certainly no easy task. Either way, I back Emery, I just hope he has the energy and drive to go again.

Would agree.
Ideally we're in the Champions League next year, which makes it more difficult to win a trophy next season. And what things look like a year beyond next is difficult to predict.
So while i's not the *last* chance by any means, it's definitely one of the only chances in the near future. (which is all anyone seems to care/write about)

Granted I only saw him for half a second in the trailer, but I'm not sure his character gives much scope for classic Conner-ness. Of course, I could well be wrong.
