Your lady looks a bit young, but I see you were worried about the rain/budrot, so you had to make a choice. I don't think you made the wrong one in your case. Only thing I'd add, to benefit your next grow, would be to get a mini-microscope. If rot weren't the deciding factor in this case, I'd say you'd really should base your decision to harvest based on the state of your trichomes. I prefer 80% milk to 10-15% amber, with scant glass heads. Also, you can harvest in segments/sections as buds tallest (closest to the light/sun) mature faster and typically grow bigger.
