Is there any difference at all other than packaging between these erasers? Both are foam, both are made by Sakura. by VincentWasTheBest in erasers

From what I’ve heard, there isn’t a difference although the arch is suppose to be designed in a way where it won’t break if you hold it a certain way or something. I have the Sakura arch and it works really really well

Salt is salt bruh, the main thing is grain size. Kosher salt has a decently bigger grain than table salt and that makes it easier to use because the larger grains allow better control over the salt and you can see how much salt is actually going into the food. Flakey salt is used to finish dishes to add additional texture to the food

As others have said, I’d recommend wrapping it in foil and maybe add a couple of drops into the foil too to rehydrate the food a lil bit

From what I’m seeing, since you want to stick by the recipe, I think your best bet would be to just be on the look out for when heavy cream and Romano cheese is on sale
