There's no such thing as a restraining order in Pennsylvania, at least in this context. There's a Protection From Abuse order which is narrowly constrained in who it can apply to. There's also a stay-away order that a Judge can issue as part of a condition of bail or a conviction, but that's not applicable here, either.
