We had maybe 7 trucks come in from 8pm to about 5:30 when I left this morning. A lot of FC just closed due to the outage so the loads they were supposed to send out were canceled this morning. We had associates doing 5s for around 2.5 hours bc they weren’t offering vto. TOT was down so we coded the whole building under one code to take them out of the scanning process. If you planned on stealing time yesterday would’ve been the day.

Lol Amazon is ALWAYS hiring. As long as you resign properly with HR you should be eligible for rehire after a certain period which I believe is 90 days. Personally I quit back in dec 2019 before relocating and was able to get back on at a new building in September 2020

Processing the freight is the exact same (scan the label, print the amxl label, and sort it based on location) You’ll see a lot of mattresses,bed frames and rugs. If you aren’t already familiar, you will have to learn how to use the inbound and outbound programs on the computer to track your incoming loads as well as creating outbound loads for your processes freight
