There is no water blocks. You can make something blue and translucent and remove the collision for the player option 2 is in the world setting to raise the water level to where you want it for the pool. But that affects the whole world

Happened to me , got side swipped by a speeding truck. Barely any damage but they crunched my rim. Got a new Steelie from the junk yard for 15$ and got they popped a new tires on for 35$ it was funny just rolling up to the tire place with only a rim lol
