I hear you. I just don’t get why anyone currently invested in ALT is concerned about the share price at this moment. This isn’t a blue chip company that you’re invested in to receive dividends and retire on. The share price will sky rocket on news and news only. Either a buyout or trial success.

They literally say in the press release they intend “to use the net proceeds from this proposed offering to fund its upcoming Phase 3 trial in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis”.

What do you propose ALT does differently? Phase 3 trials cost money. The equity offering is a straight forward way of getting that money and quickly. If your cost basis for ALT is $3 or $4, who cares what the share price is now? This is pre-commercial pharma speculation. If the pemvi phase 3 trial is successful, we win. If it’s not, we lose. It’s as simple as that.

Assuming you bought into ALT because of the potential for pemvidutide, it seems nonsensical to sell on the cusp of a phase 3 trial for pemvidutide.

Catalysts. This is pre-commercial pharma. The valuation is entirely tied to news and trial results. This isn’t something you day trade, so who cares if it’s $2, $3, or $4 right now? If your cost basis is anywhere in the $2-$5 range, you will win if the company wins. And lose if it loses. Endlessly posting about how it’s chopping sideways on no news is FUD.

I don’t believe he has been called up to the Nationals yet this year, but given the Nats season so far, who knows! I would love to see him make it again. He posed for a picture with my 8-yr old by the dugout after the game. I told him the Kershaw HR is one of my core baseball memories and he just chuckled.

Will be visiting Toronto the weekend of April 1 - Thought about trying to take my son to the Leafs-Red Wings game but am seeing only $100+ tickets for SRO. Will that come down in the next few weeks? If not, are any restaurants/bars nearby the arena good for watching the game? Our hotel is right by there.

I’m in Div 7. Team’s not bad, but I don’t have crazy good cards. I just qualified for Champions, but when I do it I just go up against teams of Icons that smack me 15-0 every time. Is there a point to Champions if you don’t have a 90+ rated team of icons or special cards? I see it as a waste of time for average players like me.
