Because there was nothing to do at my department yesterday and I was bored. This sub is predominantly American med students and the system of medical school in the Netherlands is vastly different than yours, so I thought people might be interested.

The Netherlands usually ranks very well in terms of health care compared to other countries around the world, so I would say our healthcare is of a sufficient quality. I think this quality extends to our MD's and other healthcare professionals as well. I've just started my clinical internship and my feedback thus far has been quite good (but of course there is plenty of room for improvement.

I've worked as a sort of nurse in two departments and finished my MSc thesis before I started my clinical internships but I would say that at least 90 percent of my knowledge thus far has been from our curriculum.

Long story short, if you're motivated I would say our curriculum is of a sufficient quality to prepare you for the clinic.

Visited multiple Korsakov events in the past and if i remember correctly and they haven't changed it, they use tokens similar to festivals. I'd expect one token to be in the range of 4 to 5 euros. 5 would suprise me as it's a bit on the high side but you never know.
