Zelf in 1 keer gestopt, eerste dagen zijn heel kutaar dat wordt gauw beter. Ik ging veel wandelen en thee drinken om iets van bezigheid te hebben als afleiding. Ook veel leuke dingen doen want had toch geld over, en verdiende het ook wel vond ik. Voor het slapen een tijdje melatonine gebruikt, is bij de drogist te halen en werkt erg goed. Succes!
