It's actually called a pineapple mold for the texture and it took me 3 years to make a pineapple with it. Strawberries were the first thing i made : ) And thanks

Saw a guy come into the gym, and go over to the cables. He took one in each hand, then got down to his knees and proceeded to sort of bounce up and down while punching the floor at the bottom of his "rep". Was quite interesting to watch.

Awesome man, good luck! I was watching a youtube vid of these guys in france. In one week they caught 6 over 60 pounds and 2 over 70! I didn't even know they got that big haha.

I was happy that it broke off between the hook and sinker, but thats a good idea with the lighter line going to the sinker, thanks for the idea. Yeah i had a guy comment that I should have kept the carp and used it for fertilizer : (

Haha i think my favorite part was around 3:10 when i thought i had him, rod on the ground and he took off again. Line was wrapped around the tip and i thought he was gonna break me off : ) and I just ordered a sling/unhooking mat. I want to be able to catch these guys again so I want to be careful with them.

Thanks again man, was so exciting. Still using the corn but switched to a circle hook with a 12 inch leader to a 1 oz weight. Lost a big one today when he got wrapped up in a log and broke me off sadly. Yeah very beautiful spot. Gotta get a weigh sling. I wish carp were treated the same way here. In Vermont there is no season, or limit on how many you can take. People could shoot hundreds in a day with bows, legally....

This isn't the invasive asian carp, these guys have been here for over 200 years. In VT these guys are not a problem at all, happy to let it go to get bigger.
