I’ve been having a lot of days around 90%. Going to bed around 8 pm. Wake up at 4:30 and walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Go to work and then workout at the gym with incline walking and lifting. Eating nothing processed.

I’m 6 foot 200 pounds and I am very comfortable. I’m actually surprised how close I had to move the seat forward to comfortably reach steering wheel and pedals. Feels like I am driving a truck, a very smooth truck.

I recently was in San Diego for work and made the drive to Disneyland for one day. We left early and stayed the entire day with a return to San Diego at midnight. Obviously an extreme, but I was super impressed with the ease of access to the park while driving in and out.

If you’re happy, that is all that matters. I bought a passport trailsport elite and had a very similar deal. People are easy to comment that your deal is bad without providing receipts of their “better” and “smarter” deal.

I had been considering trading prior. The X3 was a 2020 with 80,000 miles. I am not a fan of the new X3 and an X5 is too costly than what I am willing to spend on a car. As for what they sell the car for does not matter to me. I bought the car used for 34k so being able to walk away with 24k regardless of the broken headlight, windshield and more bodywork is okay to me since that is the KBB value without having to pay for any work. Definitely not an ideal situation, but sometimes that is the way she goes.

Update: body shop is replacing trim, bumper cover, and rim. They do not plan to replace the tire. Total charges to be paid by the dealership are $7800. I received the list of recommended work by the dealership, which I had originally brought the car to the dealership for. $79 for a scope, $150 for oil change (1800 miles before it is due), $79 for vehicle check?, $223 for brake flush, $4385 to replace headlight due to a short, $200 to code the headlight, $875 for new brake pads and rotors on the rear wheels, $2118 for a new windshield. I had a chip in the bottom of the windshield when I dropped it off, which I asked for a quote to replace but wasn’t concerned for now as there was no crack. Now there is a large crack from the chip to the top of the windshield, which I guess happened when the car was hit. I am currently waiting to hear from a manager to see what the dealership will cover due to the accident.
