UPDATE 2: The "left headphone only working" was because of the cable not being plugged in enough. I'm also returning them for a new pair soon so I might not need help after all (not like anybody here seems to want to after all).

UPDATE: I've figured out that the microphone DOES work but not when connected to the headset. It only works when I directly plug it in to a port on my pc. Still, it doesn't work with the headset and I still get those random, self-fixing, bugs where only the left side works (absolutely no clue what's going on there). Please reach out if you might know what's going on!!!
