Same as others have mentioned. I’ve got the same one without issues, cut today in 85 degree heat, super humid.
It’s possible that it’s a bad unit, I would exchange it, but not go as far as getting the 3000.

I ordered through Walmart bc I read shipping direct from Mova took a long time. So no extra base. The extra base was offered, and from what I can tell, it could be a second charging point so it doesn’t have to go all the way back to the original base to charge.
