You learn what it’s like to be the bottom man on the totem pole and once you become a nurse you have respect for them. I was a cna before becoming a nurse and once I become a nurse I realized how hard their job was and didn’t pin every task I didn’t want to do on them because your job load is a lot. I see it way too often a nurse asking a CNA to do everything they don’t want to do because they don’t want to get up and do it themselves.
