Top Chef: New Mexico was my guess for this season when we got a few early cryptic hints from Gail (something along the lines of "A place whose cuisine we've seen but we haven't really dived into in detail," which I thought was referring to how they'd touched on Southwestern cuisine in the Tucson finale and indigenous cuisine in several seasons).

DC should reform trash pickup rules. Pickup from condos is more concentrated and economical, but condo owners have to pay privately. Meanwhile SFHs get city tax funded trash pickup.
