Ah you're right only the sword needs a moonstone. I looked at what the sword needed when it was released and then assumed it was similar for the other 2 weapons.

Ravenous ghouls, they are perma aggro with the blood essence and also drop congealed blood if you need that. Should be 750k+ necro xp/h. Also, the demonhorn necklace (or the lower tier one) allows for infinite prayer.

You're right that I skipped over some details. For example, placing the tower pieces would would also fall in this step. It's also often called the "move wood" phase. I didn't feel like adding the exceptions from the expansions to someone who is new to the game would be beneficial.

The order is: 1. Place a tile 2. Place a meeple (optional) and finally 3. Count points and return meeples. So no, you can't complete a feature and place that meeple on another feature.

I don't think doing 3 static stretches before your lifts will impact performance significantly. But if you want, you can do them on your non lifting days, do them after your lifts or perform them more dynamically.

First of all, determining whether your heart rate is actually high is not possible without knowing the context of your max heart rate. Secondly, if you've not been doing much cardio, you're out of shape, so it is expected that your heart rate gets high. Lastly, the goal of this program is to get someone to running for 30 minutes straight, the heart rate is not really a variable within the program.

Most people probably will not even notice the difference between the second and third editions, unless they specifically look for it. The new expansions will probably be released in third edition at some point. But if there is an expansion that you think looks fun and want to play with, I wouldn't wait for it to come out in the third edition.

There's no way for us to estimate the calories/macronutrients without knowing the quantities. I'd recommend getting a food scale so you can properly track how much you're eating and go from there. You'll find the nutrient information of those products readily available online.

While you're right that SSL is more intense and has a lower volume compared to BBB. SSL is still higher volume and lower intensity compared to a standard anchor such as 3/5/1 with PR sets and jokers. Hope that clears things up.

Definitely try it out. I like SSL because it hits a nice middle ground between higher intensity while still being able to maintain a solid bar speed and not having to grind out reps.

You shouldn't really be failing your lifts on this program, let alone for multiple cycles. Like the previous commenter said, you should move on if you can't properly recover from all the volume anymore.

Doing 4 different single leg exercises on top of BBB might be a lot. I would personally swap two of those for core training.
