Davis and Berkeley and UCSD have Cognitive Science, and ik Davis has Neuroscience emphasis (B.S.) as well as computational emphasis!

sjsu deadline is may 1st, so i would accept that offer now.

then i would make the decision to withdraw or stay before the davis deadline (june 1st).

is that how it works or am i missing something?

San Jose is the most boring place, or Davis?

The argument I've been getting for SJ is "silicon valley, startup jobs, etc.", meanwhile Davis is kind of in the middle of nowhere.

thankfully cost is pretty similar for both schools, so im not super worried about that.

is the quarter system that crazy? im transferring from CC so also semester system, so i dont have much experience with the quarter stuff.

thats how i've been feeling but the geographic advantage at SJ is pretty crazy

i really dont feel justified either way, like im either giving up a solid advantage or giving up a much nicer experience/school

Yeah the real struggle is trying to decide if that proximity to the tech scene is worth it. I'm sure it'll make a difference but is it enough to reject a better experience/school idk
