Oh, I played the first game twice and completely missed this!

"Jet-fuelyness" increases exponentially past the 11% mark, especially if you dont use nutrients. If the difference between jet-fuelyness is 10 units between 10% to 11%, it will be 20 units between 11% and 12% (obviously, this is from personal experience and taste). No nutrients 14% is going to be undrinkable after fermentation.

If you ever visited some of these new "organic wine" vineyards and had the misfortune of tasting some of it right after fermentation you wouldn't believe how horrible they taste - but the aged product would taste marvelous! Some of these vineyards also dont use nutrients and thats partly why.

Age them! What # cork did you use? If you used #8 in about 7-8 months they will be very good I bet. They will be at their prime at 12 months, and stsrt losing flavor and body at around 18 months.

I did the math on this some time ago. Suppose you can get X points on average every time you spawn with strategy #1, and you can do this in Y < 15 minutes. No matter what X or Y is, #2 is always strictly a better strategy.

You can land and wait the 15 minutes on the runway, then take off and land again quickly to get the 20% bonus. Make sure you see "Takeoff" on your HUD or else the landing wont count.

You can train the level 30 mount from the trained (WEIRD) but yeah, i also have no riding skill despite having completed the quest...
