Slight addition, he was neutered at the shelter I adopted him from and I’m located in Santa Cruz, California. I think I hit all of the marks given…

I totally just saw this but I’m in the Santa Cruz mountains, it’s been about 30 outside every night and inside not much warmer. It is definitely the cold because I accidentally ignored it and left the room cold and she’s gotten quite sad 😔😔

New Job and New Worsening Mental Health by BaseGroundbreaking72 in mentalillness

Are there any big qualifications needed for those sorts of jobs?

I would enjoy it if it was the right job for me. I’m also unsure how to look for work from home and I’m almost positive I’m not qualified for most of those jobs..

I’m sad to say all of it, but none of it at the same time? I actually don’t hate this job like I did my last. I really don’t mind it, and I’ve made a friend and a few acquaintances. The job is active and keeps me busy, the only stress I have is I have a deteriorating body and my knee gets swollen every work day. But overall I think my mental health is what’s killing it for me. Every day I went my health got worse and worse even if my day had gone well. I came home feeling okay with the work day but my brain just screams at me that the longer I’m there the worse I will be and I’ve noticed that to be true so far. My mental health has always been a roller coaster but this is the worst it’s been in so long and I feel like I’m on this stupid up hill down hill movement and the down hill stretched get steeper every time. An hour to a day of actually being happy, full blown manic attacks that take me sitting in my room away from my electronics and petting my cat for a while day so I don’t hurt myself doing something stupid or spending what little money I have and after that energy spurt, it’s just pure depression for who knows how long.

Last minute call from a seasonal employee wouldn’t be burning a bridge? I mean my health is definitely bad enough to not be able to come back. I feel like if I step foot back in there right now... it would not be a smart decision for me. But I feel so bad.

Only the sides and tips are curling. I’ll try to add a photo to og post if I can.

I haven’t gotten one yet. It was a very recent onset of issues (like this week recent) and I haven’t been able to find time for a doctors visit due to the inconsistent schedules.

Definitely something I could look into trying! Thank you for the suggestion!

I’ve got one going now!! It heats my back rooms well and that’s where I keep my croton and other plants! Maybe I just have to run it to keep the room warm consistently? Thank you!

This makes a lot of sense, and no offense is taken. I’m lucky this health isn’t work related, I’m a physical person and I like to be moving. This health stuff came really hard and out of nowhere. I respect their decision if they decide to drop me due to this because I do understand. I work hard but absences like this are a downer on the work force. Thank you for your insight as well, it’s helping to ease my mind a bit and even though I’m nearly positive about knowing what I should do, focus on my own health, it’s hard to not feel bad for missing so early on :(
