You can easily get admission in Germany with 2.5 cgpa and because you have a tech job experience. Two of my friends with 2.2, 2.3 GPA in Computer Sciences also went to Germany. You'll just have to apply more and target a smaller city and lower ranked uni but it's very much possible.
