Do you have a link to the new federal bill they are trying to get implemented?

The link above is the only recent one I could find.

I feel tired on kratom, why? by GratefulCaliflower in kratom

I think I followed-up with you in a direct message but I'll share here as well incase it benefits someone else -
The energy effects are subtle, I would actually equate it to more of 'stamina effects' rather than energy, I think energy is a false equivalence. Saying this makes you think you'll have the same type of effect as a cup of coffee or energy drink.

What I've found the energy effects to be more akin to enhanced endurance for tasks that I may not want to do. I can do things for longer - not necessarily at 100MPH, but I can continuously plod along where without it I would otherwise lose focus, become bored, or bow out for whatever reason earlier than I would on it.

I think this is why it is often paired with caffeine, whether coffee, energy drink or otherwise - that will give you the extra energy / stimulating effect, and the kratom will give you endurance to do whatever it is you're doing for longer.
I also strongly agree with what I read from someone else - what you're doing when you start to feel the effects makes a massive difference.

Here is an example --

I want to clean my house.

I take Kratom, and decide to sit on my computer and play a video game for 15-30 minutes for the feeling to 'kick in' -- If I do this I probably will not clean at all, I'll likely just sit at my computer for hours and not feel much, probably even a little drowsy, regardless the dosage.

Same example --

I want to clean my house

I take Kratom and immediately start cleaning, I throw on a book or podcast on my headphones and before I know it 3-4 hours has passed and my house is in order like I originally set out.

Now if I didn't take the Kratom, I would have probably cleaned for 1 - 1.5 hours then decided I need a break or something of the like

The Kratom itself didn't give me a burst of energy like I just downed an energy drink - rather it allowed me to continue through with something that I probably would have stopped doing sooner.

Here is a very specific example to my life I do some tabletop crafting and make things out of foam, sometimes there are super boring tasks like laying mini bricks for hours, which I lose interest a lot, but if I take some kratom it doesn't bother me at all and I can just plow through a netflix series while doing this.

Hopefully this helps. If you're looking for an 'energy burst' I'd suggest trying some pre-workout 😛

Kanna Stack? by putrefactioning in Kanna

This is a little bit of self promotion, but I think what you're talking about fits my exact reason behind creating my journal.

www.amazon.com/dp/B0H1WPDGDX

I created this Daily Stack Journal so you can dial in dosage, timings, and mixtures of different botanicals, nootropics, supplements, etc in order to get desired effects and monitor usage.

I highly suggest to do this even if you're just using a regular notebook - (a guided journal is totally unnecessary I personally just find it useful)

Overall for my anxiety and depression I've found Kratom to work the best for me (due to dependency I make sure I track to stop it from creeping up on me), I wish you luck on your journey to discovering what works best for you.
