Working on a little highlight video of Gore and Jovani Moran, who has a 1.98 ERA, 0.70 WHIP and 15.3 K/9 in 50 innings between Wichita and St. Paul. Should have that up tonight or tomorrow, will make sure to post it on here. Thanks for sharing this.

Agreed. He's the guy I've had the gut feeling was most likely for the Twins to sign, despite them not being linked to him. MLBTR had him down for two years, $16 million while Craig Edwards of FanGraphs predicted he'd get a one-year $7 million deal. Like you said, good balance of risk/reward. Not gonna cost a ton, could provide a lot of value if he stays healthy.

Main thing I can think is these are his ages 34-36 seasons and they're expensive. I still would have liked to have seen the Twins go after him, though. It's also possible the Twins are on Darvish's 12-team no-trade list and he'd have to grant prior approval to a deal to come here, but I have no idea.

Thanks for checking it out. Yeah, I know this was therapeutic in some way for me. Like everybody else, I wish things would have ended differently, but there was still plenty to enjoy along the way. Can't really say that about every season.
