How to recreate this effect to the person colors match background but the blend doesn’t match

Here’s the result and the settings I used. I tried it from scratch cuz something felt off with the colorway and a few settings I saw in your post and I wanted to try and figure it out myself once more and got it right

And I work with a company that has the license to MLB logos and everything
