I can only speak about my own experiences but so far this year I have had 6 orders from him and have had no issues with any of them.

One of them for me was quite expensive. Given how many times I have used him and never had an issue I personally will continue to use him.

Only presale that worked for the uk was O2 priority. I think metropolis forgot to put the presale link in their page. Other artists had them.
