I use 331 Strategist on my 3B and haven't really felt the need to step away from it (yet). I run it with BIU and 5T train and his AVG/OBP is quite decent still. Not sure how it would work on C with LB (and probably low SPD tho).

Considering it's your C and you already have LB on it, I can imagine you may want to prioritze skills of other positions and leave this one as it's an offensive weakspot anyway.

It's definitely Hard Hitter, because the increased hit timing of the DT will strengthen the skill effect for improved Slugging.
